Summary

The effects of proteins and polysaccharides obtaind from the sap of toxicodendron vernicifera as well as bovine serum albumin (BSA) on the activity of T.vernicifera laccase were investigated.It was shown that most of the proteins and poysaccharrdes,except laccase and enzyme2#,are incapable of catalysing the oxidation of urushoil.They can inhibit the activity of laccase to varying extens.
