精製漆改質の検討
" This study was carried out the previous reserch report of 1993.The objective of this study was to examine the effect of UV-stabilizers on the prevention of lacuqer discoloration.There area two kinds of lacquer were chosen --SmHd and SmAk,which showed better properties after the improvement of refined lacquer - Sm.There were three kinds of light-stabilizer were added to the lacquers: 2-hydroxy-4-octoxybenzophenone,2-(2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole,and Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl)sebacate.The specimens tested were put in the UV long-life fade meter,use color & color difference meter to examine the color change of film,and there were some physical properties were checked such as contact angel,hardness,and gloss etc.Due to the incompatibility of Sm,Smhd and SmAK with light-stabilizers,the experimental results revealed that they didn't achieve the expected results of protection against discoloration of lacquers,and the film of Sm and SmHd has cracked.If not taking light-stabilizers into consideration,the film of SmAk won't be cracked and the hardness of film will be maintained or even increased."
